HR Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by providing a wide range of HR support and advice, be highly organized with a remarkable attention to detail and use effective communication to foster positive relationships throughout all levels of the company.
Responsibilities
- Administer and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- 5+years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
