HR Manager - Production

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Production) to act as a strategic partner, by providing direct HR support and advice to the local management of Ubisoft Bucharest.
The role reports locally to HR & Operations Director for Romania & Eastern Europe, and manages a team of 4 HR professionals supporting Production Department (over 350 people), building its HR strategy and ensuring its implementation. He/she will also manage the key HR processes: Performance management and Career development, Training and Development, Staff Turnover and Employee Retention, Budgeting.
Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Partners with the main local and functional stakeholders to translate the Ubisoft Bucharest strategy into organizational capabilities and HR priorities in close collaboration and under general HR corporate guidelines
- Influences and participates in the development of HR policies and programs
Talent acquisition:
- Establishes the recruitment needs and forecast
- Communicates it to the Recruitment team, follows up and gives feedback to them accordingly
Training and Development
- Implements and monitors all training and development, career management and succession planning processes; make sure that Bucharest teams have an efficient talent management
- Proactively links the local processes with corporate HR priorities, considering the local needs, budgets, costs and country specificity
Performance management
- Manages and follows the appraisal process, supporting clear objectives setting and constructive feedback to the employees
- Supports and makes the link between the PM and other critical HR process like remuneration, training and career development
Compensation& Benefits
- Identifies the compensation issues at studio level and proposes annual salary increase budget for approval
Qualifications
- University degree (human resources, philology, business administration etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar role
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines/ functions
- Excellent command of English; French is a plus
- MS Office proficiency
