HR Manager - Maternity Cover

Our Head of HR is going on maternity leave, so we are looking for someone to take the reins until she is back. It will be a maternity cover for a period of 1 year starting mid-September 2022. You will get the opportunity to work in a studio full of talented, engaging, and creative people.
As the HR Manager you will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and be responsible for the strategical and tactical/operational planning and execution in HR. The HR team is currently spread across our three studios in CPH, Malmö and Barcelona and you will be working closely with the entire team. We are looking for an organized person with strong interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills.
Here is what it takes:
What you will do:- Implement HR strategies, processes, and tools aligned with the overall strategy for the studio.
- Own personnel responsibility, including hiring, appraising, setting goals and coaching the HR team across all three locations.
- Participate in defining and optimizing the employee life cycle process across the studios.
- Be the go-to-person for all employee-related matters, when employees need support, coaching or mediation.
- Be the go-to-person for legal HR matters.
- Be responsible for the appraisal & salary review process including performance reviews.
- Execute training and development plans for employees in cooperation with department heads and people managers
- Manage budgets and invoices for the HR department across all three locations.
- Overall responsible for our Global HR System
Who you are:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business is desirable.
- You are an all-round HR professional with + 5 years of experience.
- You are a motivator, great at helping teams and individuals realize their full potential.
- Strong knowledge of Danish labor law.
- You are a clear communicator with a calm and approachable personality.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Danish.
- We are a very international studio, so being understanding of international cultural differences will be an advantage
