HR Manager - IT Teams APAC

Job Description

You have the responsibility of the full HR-cycle for staff based in Shanghai (90p), in full autonomy:

· Counsel, coach and accompany managers and directors either based in Shanghai or abroad on the management of their teams in Shanghai (legal, HR, organizational aspects,…)

· Deploy & manage Group, IT or country-specific HR policies and processes for staff in Shanghai (Employee Opinion Survey, new Performance system, culture of feedback,…), and put in place the related change management strategies

· Put in place the relevant strategies and actions to address specific challenges of the perimeter (employee experience & happiness, competitive packages, etc) in line with local policies.

· Performance Management: pilot annual review process, propose and pilot the annual salary increase budget, counsel and pilot separation cases, etc.

· Talent Acquisition : ensure the successful completion of the recruitment plan by closely piloting the performance of the recruitment activity and taking any corrective action necessary ; develop our market reach and leverage new ways to source the best candidates

· Talent Management: identify staff development needs and put in place relevant actions, maximize staff engagement & retention, identify and follow key performers, facilitate career management, etc.

· You develop a network of internal partners and team up with local HR peers to build innovative HR programs

· Reports regularly the local activity to IT HQ: strategic KPIs, recruitment plan targets, etc.

HR Coordination for Singapore & India

· You are responsible for making sure IT Teams in Singapore (15p) & India (20p) are efficiently dealt with by your peers in these two locations, providing them with the means to do so (understanding of the organization & its priorities, visibility over the HR IT roadmap, facilitation of relationships with IT management, etc.)

· You create and maintain an excellent communication and collaboration with your peers locally

· You coordinate the running of IT HR processes and the deployment of key initiatives with your peers locally

Internal communication & Office life

· You are the internal communication representative for APAC, effectively relaying Global Communications initiatives

· You participate to making sure that the office is meeting teams’ needs

· You organizes the office life to nurture happiness and cohesion among teams (team-building, internal events, etc.)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Manager
• Previous experience in an international environment
• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills (oral, writing)
• Business-minded
• Effective problem-solver
• Initiative and drive
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and cross-culturally
• Ability to take a step back and think strategically
• Ability to navigate in unstructured & ambiguous environment
