We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide HR counsel & support to a part of our Bucharest team, acting as a trusted advisor for the leadership teams and ensuring the improvement and implementation process in certain areas: employee engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, pipeline/talent and performance management.
Responsibilities
This role does not have administrative or recruitment responsibilities.
- Supports the embedding of the business’s strategies at various departments and levels
- Acts as point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Assists managers assess and proactively address employee engagement
- Educates managers and employees on inquires relating to HR policies and procedures
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the unit
- Participates in the design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure that compensation practices are linked in the overall strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent
- Cooperates with management as appropriate on employee development and talent planning decisions
- Collaborates with International HR team members to design, plan and implement global HR initiatives
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources Management
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field
- Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
- English proficiency both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
