Hi-Rez Studios is now accepting qualified HR Intern applicants this fall to work remote! This will be a part-time paid, seasonal employee.
The deadline to submit all application materials is July 31, 2020. Internship selections will be made and announced by early August, with the Intern work program starting mid August, 2020, ending mid-November, 2020 (actual dates to be determined).
We are looking for an applicant that is a supportive and cooperative Talent Development team member providing the best potential customer service, with specific knowledge in the administration activities of the Talent Development team.

What our HR Interns do at Hi-Rez Studios:
- Work alongside with members of our Human Resources and Recruiting team, while gaining a working knowledge of all the aspects of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Administer our internal HRIS (human resources information system) Dayforce and Learning Management System, Trailant.
- Maintain HR Records to include personnel files and other employee documents.
- Help generate innovative ways to reward and retain valuable employees.
- Handle highly confidential information while providing support for the Human Resources Department Provide general administrative support as needed to the HR team.
- Shadow and partner with experienced team members in a collaborative, creative environment.
Who we are looking for:
- Must be currently enrolled in (documented as a "Junior" or higher grade level) - or recently graduated of - an accredited college, university, in a related field of study.
- Experience working with Microsoft or Mac suite of Office products.
- Currently carrying or graduated with a G.P.A. of 3.5 or higher (and provide documentation).
- At least one professional Letter of Reference from a manager, supervisor, professor or instructor; outlining how they know you, and why you should be considered for this position.
- Current resume.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Good communication skills, and a team player.

- Interest in High Tech/Gaming companies.
