HR-Intern (Spring 2022)

Embark on Sharkmobs journey in the game development world and reinforce our HR-Department! For us, culture is the key to success and the ideal candidate will always strive to enhance our company culture. You will be part of a team that today consists of HR-Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and an HR-Director. During the internship, you will primarily do HR-related tasks combined with a specific HR-Project focusing on Employer Branding.

For this internship, daily tasks will more specifically be to work in and improve our newly implemented HR-system, help gather information to implement various processes and policies and assist in ongoing HR-related projects. With various tasks, we want to give you a comprehensive picture of what working in an HR-department can be like. We are looking for a well-versed communicator who can express yourself verbally and in written form with ease. With these skills, you will gather, analyze, and present valuable HR-related information in reports, etc., efficiently and professionally.
This role is perfect for someone with strong social skills and high integrity that wants to develop and expand their knowledge within HR and get relevant hands-on experience from working at a HR-Department.

The internship will run for approximately ten weeks, but we can be flexible to fit your schedule.
