Designation: HR Intern-Operations (06 months Internship)

Job summary:
We are looking for an HR Intern to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. You will support all the HR operations activities given from time to time and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documentation. An ideal candidate for the human resources intern position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage. The individual should be self driven, proactive in approach and rigorous in the activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and smooth documentation.
- Creation of employee documents – Offer letter, Appointment letter, Contract extension letters, Bonafide letters etc.
- Maintaining /updating personal files of employees and various HR tools.
- Handling Employee Attendance as and when required.
- Maintaining and updating employee database.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
- Joining formalities/Induction.
- Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued.
- Exit Formalities.
- The task assigned as and when required.
Qualification:
- Preferably a Science Graduate with Master’s degree in Human
Resource Management.
Competencies:
- Reactive and pro-active person.
- Organized in terms of time management and work organization.
- Methodical.
- Attention to details.
- Patience.
- Open to self-improvement.
- Should be well convergent with MS Excel.
- Teamwork abilities.
