Santa Monica Location
The HR Team at KRAFTON is looking for an additional team member to join our HR Squad. The Generalist will be responsible for updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines as well as working with the rest of the team to make sure the company adheres to standards and laws in our region. The Generalist will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records in various HRIS systems, and working with the rest of the HR team to creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Payroll processing and administration for PUBG North American locations
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, training and employee performance programs
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
- Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
- Handle all administrative related to Workday administration including onboarding tasks, team changes and regular data maintenance and auditing for accuracy.
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to leaves of absence. This includes verification and tracking of leaves of absence.
- Assist in employee relations matters including communications and one on one consultations.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field or HR certification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in and HR related function
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
