HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist works collaboration with HR Manager for full scope of HR tasks to support all departments and service lines in Katowice Studio. This includes but is not limited to: supporting performance management and development processes, talent review, recruitment projects, training, HR reporting, HR compliance, supporting personnel administration process and other.
- Cooperate with service lines management and leadership team to make sure that business needs are recognised and addressed (provide solutions, tools, resources and necessary knowledge)
- Supporting the processes of hiring and onboarding of new employees, supporting people from other countries (both EU citizens and other countries) about the preparation and submission of documents necessary to obtain a work permit / permit stay, tracking the status of the process
- Managing recruitment for support functions and global and local staff roles
- Administration of employee benefits (private medical care, sports cards, other)
- Support in implementing & maintaining Keywords procedures and projects locally – i.e. succession planning, 9 box grid, performance appraisals and other
- Support managers and leaders in conducting disciplinary, performance discussions etc. with employees
- Partner with HR Manager to build awareness of company policies and regulations by training and communication to managers and employees
- Support for the implementation of local procedures
- Develop and update local procedures and policies in the area of responsibility and ensure that they are accessible to employees and properly communicated
- Building tools to improve communication and HR tools (forms, surveys, applications)
- Participation and assistance in the implementation of other HR projects - implementation of systems, procedures, etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Humanities, Economics or other
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of work experience in a Human Resources Specialist or Generalist position
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR core processes such as performance evaluation, training, talent management, succession planning, and employee relations
- Very good knowledge of Polish Labor Law and of employing foreigners, knowledge of local rules and procedures
- Strong flexibiltiy and adaptability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Very good knowledge of MS Office 365
- Very good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English is essential - daily communication with employees, preparation of messages and instructions in English, preparation of translations
