HR Generalist Intern

ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are looking for a talented intern to help our Human Resources team. This person will work within a tightly knit global HR team, and play an integral role at our Headquarters in Sherman Oaks, CA. The main responsibilities for this role will include updating company documents, assisting with our HR internal landing page, and providing ad hoc support to the internal HR team. It is vital that the chosen candidate is organized, diligent, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Internship open to Remote, hiring for immediate need
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for communication, onboarding, and continued support for new hires
- Work closely with Xsolla’s HR global team to build the HR internal landing page in Confluence
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information in a timely manner
- Maintain, schedule, and coordinate calendar activities
- Assist in planning large and small events such as Speaker Series and others projects as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience
- Current attendance at an accredited university
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment and prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Proactive thinker who takes initiative to anticipate the needs of department/team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation
- $15-17 an hour, depending on experience
