We are looking for an energetic and results orientated Director, Human Resources responsible for and contributes to developing people strategies, overseeing all day-to-day HR activities, providing thought leadership, and developing and executing talent management and change management strategies by partnering with global leadership teams. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end HR function, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and legal compliance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the senior leaders to develop proactive organizational talent strategies to recruit and retain top caliber talent in a high performance environment.
- Provide leadership on all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including performance management, on-boarding, coaching, employee relations, talent management, employee culture and engagement for key initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of three to support effective execution of objectives, and enable professional development and career growth for the team.
- Build, lead and iterate on HR programs that support company objectives and drive employee engagement & retention (e.g. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Future of Work, Leadership Development).
- Analyze relevant business metrics to proactively identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement to business leaders.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience that includes recruiting, employee relations, organizational design, change management, compensation, benefits, talent management, HR systems and analytics.
- 3+ years of supervisory / management experience in Human ResourcesA bachelor's degree in HR Management or similar, MBA, PHR/ SPHR ideal.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align people strategy with business strategy to deliver results.
- A solid understanding of benefits, employment law, performance managementProven ability to develop collaborative relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, and to design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
- A natural go-getter attitude, data-driven, sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic.
- Excellent problem solving skills and keen ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working in a face paced, high growth, and constantly evolving environment.
- You pride yourself on your flexibility and you act with a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with international employment dynamics, specifically India, Europe, and Asia. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity.
- Experience in high-growth start-ups is a plus
