Our Publishing team is in West London and is currently home to approximately 180 staff with departments including Commercial Publishing through Sales, Marketing and PR, Business Development, Business and Product Planning, Online Technology and various support functions including HR, Legal and Finance.

The HR Director, Publishing will lead a team of 4 dedicated staff with the goal of delivering a highly engaging, talent focused and proactive HR and recruitment service with full employee lifecycle support to the Publishing group, creating innovative experiences for our staff that attract, engage, retain and develop talent. The Publishing HR team sits and works closely with the Central Services and studio operations HR team, creating a dynamic and energetic group. The successful candidate will have the benefit of collaborating with a wider internal network of HR colleagues – several of our game development studios have in-built HR functions. This creates an exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic and ambitious HR practitioner who wants to make a quantifiable and lasting difference in this innovative environment. Having a genuine understanding of the value of people, the HR Director will have a passion for unlocking the potential in our exceptional team and building out a world-class HR function to support us in achieving our corporate mission.
