HR Coordinator

You will support Hothead’s recruiting efforts, new employee onboarding, benefits administration, and more. This role is perfect for someone who is self-directed, highly organized and is passionate about providing red-carpet service to our employees and candidates.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities
• On-boarding new employees
• Support our employees - providing guidance for benefit queries, personal and career growth needs and communication point for HR related initiatives
• Collaborate with the HR Director to implement various HR initiatives within the studio
• Assist Studio Manager with front desk coverage as needed
• Act as a key member of our Social Committee and Charity Committee

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or Human Resources
• 1+ years relevant HR experience, preferably in high tech
• Excellent communicator verbally, non-verbally and written
• Attention to detail in every way
• Strong recruiting and networking ability
• Very organized! Show us you can handle multiple things coming your way
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs
• Experience as administrator for an HRIS and ATS system, bonus if you know Ultipro and Jobvite!

This position is for our Vancouver office, located at 1555 West Pender Street, in beautiful Coal Harbour.
