Overview - What you’ll do

Epic Games is searching for a HR Coordinator to support our International HR Team across Europe and APAC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team. Responsible for processing all Workday changes (job title, lead, level, cost center/biz unit), monitor and complete Workday inbox tasks, escalate when needed. Point of contact for all employment verifications, handle administrative tasks relating to new hire check-ins, new leads and departures. Answering HR Coordinator and HR alias questions and monitoring HR portal. They will also support projects as defined by their lead or other HRP’s as well as provide administrative assistance to L&D Manager (or other COEs) when needed.
