Job Overview

The new role supports our EMEA Studios business and People Operations team by handling employee enquiries and dealing with routine administration and organisation of people related processes. Support the EMEA team with ongoing maintenance of all talent dat a and people reporting, while developing processes for making our admin processes more effective.

Help and support with onboarding vendors through Zynga’s partner management systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll
  • Payroll for European Studios: teams below - but to be expanded in future for M&A or business integrations in EMEA:
  • NaturalMotion (UK)
  • Zynga Ireland (Ireland)
  • Zynga Helsinki (Finland)
  • Zynga Israel (Israel)
  • Run all payroll related benefits includes: Zynga stock runs, pensions admin / benefits admin / local policies ( ie : LOA’s / vacation / maternity / paternity).
  • Offer Letters / Contracts / HR Admin
  • Support the team with offer letters & contracts admin: sending contracts and offer paperwork and then adding into our HR system (Workday )
  • New joiners
  • Pre-hire on-boarding (Send welcome email for upcoming new joiners in EMEA, answer new hire questions before first day );
  • First day / post first day support: on-boarding new hires across EMEA locations who are connected to NM (e.g. Hunters i n Austin).
  • Virtual meet and greet over the first few days/weeks, answering questions on benefits and policies.
  • People Ops Administration and first line response to queries.
  • HR System / Workday admin – processing any admin changes, running reports as nee ded by the teams.
  • L&D admin – scheduling training sessions/power hours. Work with vendors to make sure contracts are in place and terms are agreed with legal.
  • Immigration/relocation admin - tracking Right to work documents and renewals
  • General HR support: Respond to HR inbox / answer or pass on questions about various HR issues / questions and policies/benefits.

Experience / Skills needed:

  • Worked as part of an international HR team, delivering admin / HR Coordinator solutions for groups in the UK and Euro pe (plus points for UK, Finland, Ireland and Turkey)
  • Ability to write fluently in business English and prepare commercial oriented proposals as requested
  • Experience of working with processes and ability to recognise trends and issues and recommend solution s.
  • Payroll admin experience with US owned / international businesses. Ideally ADP or other similar payroll providers.
  • Experience of handling all aspects of HR Administration: Offer, contracts, promotions, terminations etc.
  • Experience of handling new joiner / day 1 / week 1 onboarding processes for remote groups
  • Experience of solving first line HR queries and questions.
