Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON’s EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.
Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.
We are in search of an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated person for the HR Coordinator EMEA role to join us in our Amsterdam office! This role is the first point of contact for any HR related question and will continuously support our managers and employees in the EMEA region. You will be joining a team of two colleagues and the HR Manager. This position requires excellent organizational skills, great intercultural communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with a variety of human resources tasks.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees, addressing and resolving day-to-day issues.
- Manage and maintain personnel records and administration.
- Facilitate preboarding, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees.
- Liaise with local authorities as required.
- Oversee absence management, including both sickness and holiday leave.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
We are ideally looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience in a similar role in HR
- Knowledge of Dutch Labor Law, and the Arbo legislation.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Pluses
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience with complex and matrix organizations in a multinational/multicultural company.
- Multilingual (French, German, Spanish or other European language).
- A passion for games, the gaming industry and PUBG.
