HR Coordinator - 12 months contract [Operations]

Job Description

At Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft Studio we are currently looking for an HR Coordinator to join our international team. You will be part of the HR Team, offering the best support for our employees and HR colleagues on several topics.

This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden and requires working onsite. We kindly ask you to apply with your CV and message to the hiring manager / cover letter in English. Applications will be reviewed whilst the job-ad is posted.

Responsibilities

• Daily general HR Administration tasks, for example updating HR System and Archiving
• Organizational support in questions regarding absences, team structures, policies etc.
• Supporting HR department with HR Processes
• Administration of on- and off boarding
• Keep the HR content on the intranet up to date
• Pension and Insurance administration

You as a person
You are a proactive and autonomous person with outstanding communication skills, organized, service minded and with strong attention to details. You also bring your positive, supportive, “can do” attitude to the table and ensure a great service to the organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with HR admin topics and HR coordination in Sweden
• High attention to details and diligence
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes with a flexible approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at all times, and challenge back when needed
• Knowledge of excel to the ability that you can update and manage spreadsheets and data visualizations
