Rockstar New York is seeking a HR Content Specialist to manage and implement strategic content for our company intranet, initiatives across Human Resources, and other communication related content. The successful candidate must have prior experience managing and driving communications across multiple platforms along with experience developing and fostering strong relationships across the organization. This role requires excellent written and verbal acumen to support all HR content and communications related initiatives and projects. This is a full-time role, based in our unique studio in NoHo, Manhattan.
WHAT WE DO

- We partner with senior leadership and the global organization to drive proactive strategies across engagement, wellbeing, operations, and learning & development.
- We collaborate with our global HR Partners to develop new initiatives and programs to bring out the best in our teams.
- We ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive working environment through guidance, compliance, and leading by example.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the company intranet, Digital Workplace which includes maintaining the visual design, site navigation and site content to maintain the most up to date content to increase employee communications and engagement thru ought.
- Lead projects to improve sections of the intranet while maintaining all content.
- Ensure proper coordination between relevant internal departments such as Marketing & Communications, IT, Workplace Services, and external partners & vendors.
- Monitor site analytics and report on key performance indicators.
- Liaise with the IT Department and software vendors on technical questions of implementation and upgrades.
- Manage common administrative tasks in the intranet software or liaise with IT staff around those tasks.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and involve them in planning and problem solving.
- Develop and implement effective communications that build interest, awareness and satisfaction around HR projects and initiatives.
- Draft messaging for project-specific communications plans consistent with Rockstar’s overall brand strategy and philosophy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in communications, implementing and managing websites or intranets is required.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques with proven experience creating targeted messaging.
- Basic understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Service Now platform).

- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and navigation skills.
- Ability to successfully interact with internal peers (HR, IT, Workplace Services, Marketing, Senior Management) to communicate and drive the responsibilities in a clear and effective manner.
- Detail-oriented and highly efficient both autonomously and with a team.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- A strong work ethic with a desire to achieve the best possible result.
PLUSES
