WHO YOU ARE

NCSOFT West is currently seeking a talented, highly motivated, and passionate HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner is responsible for collaborating with the European Management Team and the Executive Team based in the US to develop a people strategy for NCSOFT Europe that supports the achievement of the organisation’s business goals.

The HR Business Partner designs, implements and leads Human Resources practices and processes to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that delivers empowerment, quality, productivity and the achievement of individual and departmental performance objectives.

The current HR Business Partner is now going on maternity so we are looking for replacement to come in on a 12 month fixed term contract to continue the good work that HR have already done.

The contract is Part Time, Fixed Term for 12 months, 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Business Partner will be expected to provide guidance and support to all employees on the full range of HR activities including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, employee reward, learning and development and internal communications.

With the Management and Executive Team, the HRBP is a custodian of the culture of the NCSOFT Europe organisation and acts quickly to take corrective action if issues arise that may be detrimental to employee well-being.

Success in this role relies on the ability to align people processes with the business strategy to support and facilitate activities that contribute to profitable revenue growth. Developing trusted relationships in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrating the highest levels of personal integrity are also critical to successful performance.
