The HR team at Mojang is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP at Mojang your mission is to support managers to become excellent leaders and contribute to high employee engagement. You will be reporting to our HR Director and work closely with the HR team and Managers at the Studio. The HRBP role will be in our Hybrid Stockholm office supporting our different teams with a broad spectrum of HR areas.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about all thing's “people”. You will love supporting your "manager groups”, getting to know the business and providing pragmatic solutions to their everyday challenges.
Being a small and agile HR team at Mojang, you will have an impactful role in shaping the HR direction moving forward, and have the opportunity to independently identify, drive and implement HR projects. Responsibilities
- Develop and drive HR projects & initiatives in line with the HR vision and objectives
- Develop & drive the performance & development process
- Develop & drive the salary review process
- Lead the Work Environment Committee to systematically improve the physical, psychosocial and organizational work environment
- Support managers in their work environment and staff responsibility
- Advice managers on labor law
- Resolve complex employee relations issues
- Ensure legal compliance with discrimination laws
- Through HR metrics provide insights and support for decision making
- Support and drive leadership training
Requirements
- Extensive work experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience from planning, communicating and driving processes and projects all the way to the finish line.
- You have solid knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations and safety practices and the ability to apply this knowledge in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment laws
- We think you are a strategic thinker to support with the definition of HR strategies as well as an excellent hands-on doer who get things executed and does not mind getting into the details - you must be the cliché "hands-on person"
- Advanced communication skills in English, verbal and written
