As we continue to grow, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People Services team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in cultivating a supportive and collaborative workplace culture. You will offer expert HR advice and guidance to both managers and employees, ensuring alignment with organisational goals while enhancing the overall employee experience. Working closely with the VP of HR and leadership team, you will help drive key initiatives that foster performance, engagement, and career development in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. If you're not already based locally, we’ll support your move with comprehensive relocation assistance ensuring a smooth transition.
Responsibilities:
- Offer confidential guidance on HR matters, policies, and employment legislation.
- Coach and support managers in handling complex HR challenges, ensuring fair and consistent approaches.
- Conduct investigations and manage conflict resolution when necessary.
- Partner with managers to develop leadership skills and enhance team effectiveness.
- Guide managers on performance management, succession planning, and team dynamics.
- Collaborate with managers to address workforce needs, including talent retention and skill development.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and programs aligned with company objectives.
- Review and update policies to ensure legal compliance and industry best practices.
- Work with the People Development team to identify training needs.
- Assist with employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a thriving work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor, ideally in a commensurate role.
- A deep understanding of HR best practices and prevailing employment legislation and how to apply them in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- A problem-solving mindset, with a strategic approach to HR challenges.
- Ideally, experience of dealing with a culturally and geographically diverse workforce. Experience of HR support within the UK is essential, and we’d prefer a candidate who has some experience of dealing with employees on a European or Global scale.
