HR Business Partner

As the HR Business Partner, you will partner across the HR function to deliver value added services to management team and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. You will drive the people management related agenda at Keywords as well as initiate the change management projects. You will identify and prepare development and succession plans for the key employees and high potential employees as well as support Managers in identifying employees ready for the promotion. You will actively support discussions and transfer best practices from different functions in the organization. You will act as the facilitator for the HR Generalist team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit,
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes,
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
- Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks
- Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
- Utilizes people analytics and metrics to tell the story, close gaps and capitalize on opportunities
- Provides mentorship and support for HR team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role – min 5 years
