HR Business Partner, WoWS Franchise

Job Overview

World of Warships team in Belgrade is looking for HR Business Partner, out of the box thinker who is able to bring fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the table.

As HR Business Partner reporting to the HRBP Lead WoWS, you will support WoWS (World of Warships) Franchise Departments. You will work directly with senior departments leadership to develop strategic talent plans aligned with Product priorities. You will integrate essential elements across the Employees lifecycle - hiring, performance management, people development, compensation, retention & encourage your Leaders to be the essential part of it.

World of Warships game is a free-to-play naval action MMO that puts players in command of some of the most iconic ships in history. From agile destroyers to mighty battleships, players can choose from a variety of classes and nations as they battle it out on the high seas.

What will you do?

• Partner with senior leaders across Wargaming serving as the primary partner to the leadership team
• Ensure alignment between teams goals and Product goals and prepare the team leaders & teams for the next phases of growth
• Develop change management plans for projects and change initiatives; evaluate the impact of planned organizational change; identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics
• Maintain trusted relationships across the business to ensure that Wargaming people strategy and programs support our strategic goals and are aligned with what we value
• Partner with senior leaders to maintain a healthy culture
• Promote execution of HR employee lifecycle processes across the leaders including executive coaching, employees engagement, organizational design, workforce planning and succession management, people development, recognition, compensation management
• Manage TA efforts by partnering with the recruiting team to help with talent needs, prioritization, and progress against hiring plans
• Assess and understand changing business and learn market trends and adjust HR strategy accordingly
• Participate in Global HR projects
• Organize hackathons/events/open-talks/new teambuilding formats & branding events, etc.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering
• Broad expertise in all areas (e.g. organizational design, talent acquisition, retention, recognition, leadership coaching, communication, change management, etc.)
• Experience advising and directly supporting senior executives across multiple departments with a consultative style
• Experience in the entertainment, creative space or technology space, working directly with creative and production teams
• Good command of Russian, Fluent English
• Love games & playing
