Performance Marketing is looking for a People Business Partner

Are you a proficient HR individual who gets a kick out of creating extraordinary workplaces!? Do you thrive on the diversity of providing a complete HR service, from establishing a positive relationship with business leaders to leading cyclical people processes?

Reporting into the Senior People Director for Performance Marketing, Ads, Corporate Functions, Development Services and Catalog and New Games, King are seeking an experienced People Partner to actively partner with our Performance Marketing organisation.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about all things “people”! You will love supporting your client groups, getting to know the business and providing pragmatic solutions to their everyday challenges.

As an integral part of the HR team, you will implement business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, partnering & mentoring your stakeholders to integrate our culture & values into the employee experience.
