We drive talent and leadership development, design and drive modern people processes, and provide insightful and effective business HR partnership to Rovio’s business units. We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to drive the people's agenda for Rovio game studios and business functions. This is an advisor role partnering with our leadership in people and organisation related planning and decision making. HR Business Partner collaborates closely with our business and teams, focusing on translating business strategy into people priorities and actions. This role works closely also with the Rovio Global HR on initiatives relating to Leadership & Culture development, Wellbeing, Performance & Rewarding and Talent Acquisition.
How your days will look like:
- Support and coach our studio leadership (mainly in Stockholm studio, but for other studios as well) in building their capability to deliver business/functional objectives through people.
- Partner with leaders and senior management in workforce strategy planning, including organisation design and resource planning.
- Drive the development and implementation of company level HR initiatives within the nominated units.
- Ensure that leaders are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people processes.
- Bring insights from the organization to the central HR teams in order to help developing people processes, practices and HR services.
- Participate in HR development initiatives in the areas of wellbeing, leadership development, talent development, HR tools development etc. as a project team member or project lead.
Who we think would do great in this role has:
- Several years experience in business partnering on people and organisation related topics in global context, either as an in-house HR partner or in HR consultancy.
- Solid expertise in dealing with business stakeholders, with a command on organisational sensitivity.
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo, drive change initiatives and propose solutions and courses of action.
- Ability to deal with changing situations that can be complex and ambiguous.
- Generalist HR experience in the areas of: Resourcing processes, including workforce and organization planning; Talent management relating processes, including talent identification, talent pipelining and succession planning; Performance and rewarding ; Leadership support and coaching; and Employment related law and regulation (especially in the Nordics).
- Strong communication skills in English (Swedish and/or Finnish are considered a plus).
