HR Administrator

The HR Admin will support service lines on all people operational activities. Within the region, the HR Admin will be responsible for supporting the administrative duties, business improvement initiatives and HR procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with local HR team to provide support on all matters to employees.
- Support developing language courses and other training programs that are based on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Work with HR partners to effectively administer employees’ records and new hirings.
- Actively participate in diligence, on-boarding, integration, and retention activities.
- Effectively update monthly material for internal SharePoint pages.
- Keep track of vacations and PTOs.
- Send monthly communications for birthdays, anniversaries, benefits and other engagement-related topics.
- Support HR team to effectively update policies and implement strategies as needed.
- Benefits support activities.
- Participation in internal campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ideally have a degree or diploma in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work on-site daily
- Live in CDMX
