HR Assistant

Assist HR Team in supporting recruitment, event organization, employee relations, performance evaluation and other HR work
协助人事团队，支持招聘，活动组织，员工关系，绩效评估等各方面工作

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment work, such as channel maintenance, job posting, telephone communication, data processing, etc.
  协助招聘工作，如渠道维护、职位发布、电话沟通、数据处理等
• Assist in handling employee entry and exit procedures, collect and sort information, and track progress
  协助办理员工入离职流程，收集整理信息，追踪进度
• Assist in the organization of company activities, information release, on-site support, new media content writing, etc.
  协助组织公司活动，信息发布，现场支持，新媒体内容编写等
• Support team and management other temporary tasks
  支持团队及管理层其他临时性任务

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English. English and related majors are preferred
  专业不限，英文熟练者优先
• Proficient in office software
  熟练运用excel、word、ppt等办公软件
• Cheerful, strong communication skills, clear logic, organizational and teamwork skills, sense of Responsibility
  性格开朗，沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，具备团队协作能力，有责任心
• Relevant internship experience is preferred, those who love games are preferred
  有相关实习经验者优先，热爱游戏者优先
