Our HR team at Outplay is focused on creating a supportive culture of excellence, where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their potential.
We are looking for a pragmatic, experienced HR Advisor to join our ambitious team and deliver commercially focused HR across our full talent pipeline.
Working closely in our HR team and as a business partner to our department managers, you will lead and deliver tailored HR initiatives and advice for the teams you support.
Desired Skills and experience
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships across all areas of the business
- Ability to understand and respond to the varying needs of the teams you will support
- Collaborates with the wider HR team to continually review and evolve our talent pipeline to ensure that it meets our goals.
- Using your knowledge of the business areas assigned to this role to identify themes, trends and potential issues early and to suggest HR interventions to address these.
- Able to identify and deliver targeted hiring solutions.
- Strong recruitment experience that drives the hiring process – helping to define roles, source candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Highly passionate about learning and development and can utilise their experience to ensure our team progress and access opportunities to evolve their skills and personal development.
- Committed to delivering positive initiatives that further our diversity, equality and inclusion activities, within Outplay and the wider games industry.
- Highly experienced and confident in providing trusted operational advice to your assigned business areas on all HR and employment law matters.
- Ensures HR policies and processes are implemented fairly and consistently.
- Passionate about HR best practices and solutions focused.
- Ability to source, interpret and respond to data and trends. As well as create informative accurate reports.
- Truly invested and driven to create positive working experiences for all.
- Flexible in approach and able to always deliver a balanced view.
- Games industry or similar sector experience
- CIPD Qualified or studying towards qualification
