As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a HR Advisor to join our People Services team in our office in Bangalore. The team is focused on a variety of HR responsibilities.
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for making sure that the HR tasks are completed in a standard timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievances, performance management and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee the exit procedures of leavers, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining comprehensive exit documentation.
- Offer proactive support to first and second level line managers in the management of employee performance and productivity.
- Coordinates with labour law consultants to stay updated on legal developments and to implement necessary changes within the organisation.
- Generate and analyse HR data to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), including turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant with legal standards.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and address concerns.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies, including performance reviews, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating personnel records,internal HR databases and systems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 plus years of experience in handling employee exits, performance management, employee relations, labour law, HR data analysis and Excel reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience of delivering HR support in a gaming industry or high performance technology business.
- Experience of working with international businesses / with HR teams in other geographic locations.
