We are looking for an exceptional HR Advisor on a 3-4 days a week basis working in our Wyboston office 10am - 6.30pm.
Key Accountabilities

- Support Line Managers at all levels - Provide effective feedback, coaching and guidance to managers across all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle to include building a high performance inclusive culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, development and performance, retention, absence management and employee relations.
- Play a significant role in our new HRIS implementation, working across the People Team, Finance, IT, Facilities, Line Managers to optimise approach to systems and work flow for People information. Ensure systems and processes can scale to support our business strategy.
- Work with HR Ops to deliver first class admin and query support to ensure we meet our SLAs
- Analytics and Insight - Manage and ensure delivery of the HR dashboards, metrics and insights. Annual, Quarterly, monthly and adhoc reporting. Ensuring People Team provide relevant and timely insight to enable leaders and managers to make data-driven business decisions.
- Reward and Benefits - Work with the HR Managers to ensure we have relevant reward and benefits initiatives including bonus and salary review process, identifty, secure and manage relevant benefit providers and leverage buying power across benefits using brokers where appropriate. Work with Talent Acquisition and Administration to conduct salary benchmarking internally and externally collecting data from external consultancies and other sources as and when appropriate.
- Work with the HR Managers to deliver effective training and learning support from values workshops to manager training and deliver our new starter inductions
- Support and deliver on our Social events, Wellbeing, Inclusion and Diversity agendas across the business.
- Employment Relations - Provide confidential People and employment law guidance to Line Managers and employees, ensuring fair and consistent advice and adherence to company and statutory policies. Providing training and coaching as appropriate.
- Deliver monthly legal review, highlighting implications for the business, advising and delivering change to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Health and Safety - Accountable for all H&S at Wyboston liaising with the General Manager and People team to ensure robust work practices and address any actions required.
Measures of performance:
- Employee Engagement scores improve year on year
- People metrics inform and drive Exec and Manager decision making
- All contracts, policies and procedures are compliant and applied
- 12 months’ HR delivery work plan in place and delivered for Wyboston
- Successful delivery of new HRIS and workflow integration
- All key people metrics improve
- Key project deliverable and benefits are realised within agreed timescales
- People capabilities meet business plan requirements
Requirements
- Ability to work at pace and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrable experience of acting as an Advisor to all levels in an organisation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working effectively during rapid growth/change
- Pragmatic, well organised, pro-active and commercially astute
- Strong experience in Employment Law
- Capable of coaching and developing line managers, direct reports and HR colleagues on various topics
- Capable of working and influencing internationally and inter-culturally
- Proven experience in driving change and enhancements within a business
- Analytical, able to understand and present key numbers and KPI’s
- Attention to detail
- IT skills: Advanced level Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with
Desirable requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in either business management or Human Resources and preference for post-graduate qualifications
- Familiarity with HR database systems
