HR Administrator

Easybrain is looking for a skilled HR Administrator, who will be working at the intersection of legal HR administration & accounting, and the person responsible for relocation & onboarding of our employees as well as maintaining HR systems to make our processes flawless.
Responsibilities:
- Working with current HR systems;
- Maintaining employees personal records and contract base;
- Handling relocation and migration processes for foreign employees;
- Liaising with government institutions and external partners (Tax department, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance etc.);
- Providing administrative support to employees;
- Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the same role, preferably in an international IT company;
- Excellent communication skills and neat approach to sensitive information;
- Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written), Russian as advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law, and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
- Basic understanding of Cyprus accounting and tax fundamentals will be a big plus;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- Responsibility, proactivity and eye to detail.
