On being a Human Resources Administrator at Ubisoft Toronto
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide administrative support to all HR specialties. This role presents the opportunity of working with an experienced and growing team that is focused on top quality service and strategy in a high performance organization.
Type of Position: 6 months contract
The daily life of a Human Resources Administrator at Ubisoft Toronto
- Support in the implementation of HR programs and activities;
- Collaborate and provide administrative support to all HR Teams;
- Support in the integration and onboarding of new employees;
- Assist with the execution of wellness programs and initiatives;
- Assist with team purchasing with procurement;
- Respond to employee and manager inquires in a timely manner;
- Update and maintain HR processes (guidelines, process documents);
- Conduct peer review and audits on communications, presentations and projects;
- Perform other administrative and related duties as required.
What it takes to make it
- University or College diploma in Human Resources;
- Working knowledge of Excel and MS Office;
- Strong customer service experience;
- Ability to organize and work independently to deliver tasks and projects within prescribed deadlines;
- Strong organization and planning skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Customer service oriented;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Ability to manage and action multiple priorities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
