Role
In an international environment, you are in charge of HR administrative tasks, in collaboration with staff and international mobility administration team.
Challenges
- Contribute to day-to-day staff administration - France and international offices (drafting of contract and additional clauses, individual salary increase letters, trial period letters…)
- Be the point of contact for any social and HR legal questions (France and international)
- Manage the relocation program
- Be te point of contact and manage the relationship with the union / SEC
- Contribute to the editing of internship and trainee contracts
- Update staff administration dashboards and employee files (paper and electronic versions)
- Contribute to manage training plan: registrations, training follow-up and billing
- Contribute to manage HR campaigns (annual interview, people review…)
- Contribute to any relevant staff administration tasks
Must to have
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of French labor laws, knowledge of any foreign labor laws would be an asset (Spanish, German or Dutch ones for example)
- Very good command of Office and Google suites
- Knowledge of Docusign would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills (French and English, every other language would be an asset)
- Be organized: capability to work on several projects and/or on several countries at the same time
- Be adaptable in an international environment
- Be rigorous
- Be versatile: capability to embrace new challenges, learn something new everyday
