HR Administration Specialist

Job Description

Your role

As HR Administration Specialist you will be responsible for personnel administration, employment documentation and for the reporting of monthly payroll data.

Your daily adventure

MANAGE THE DATABASE OF EMPLOYEE FILES
with all the necessary documents in accordance with the legal and GDPR requirements

COLLECT AND REPORT THE MONTHLY PAYROLL DATA
according to the legislation and company policies

PROVIDE DIVERSE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE EMPOLOYEES
and keep track of holidays, sick leaves, work from home schedules and various HR related topics

MAINTAIN AND UPDATE THE INTERNAL HR SYSTEM
with all employees’ data

SUPPORT THE FINANCE TEAM
to ensure smooth payroll process

SUPPORT THE HR PARTNERS
in their day-to-day activities

PARTICIPATE IN DIFFERENT STUDIO ACTIVITIES
and global projects

ACT AS A GUARDIAN OF COMPANY VALUES
and Ubisoft’s culture

Qualifications

Your skills

EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience in HR administration
Experience in working with payroll software and ERP systems

KNOWLEDGE
Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian labor and tax legislation
Advanced skills with MS Excel/MS Office
Proficiency in English

Professionally and confidently interact with all levels within the organization
