HR Administration Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Preparing employment documentation e.g. contracts, contract amendments and any other HR related documents
- Entering and maintaining correctness of employees’ absences
- Supporting in payroll data delivery to the external providers of accounting services
- Helping in compensation and benefits administration
- Supporting the recruitment processes
- Assisting in various HR projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration role
- At least 6 months of experience in game dev industry
- Good knowledge spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel)
- Fluent in Polish and communicative knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Very good communication, organizational and planning skills
- “Never give” up attitude :)
