Job Description

Ubisoft CRC is looking for an HR Admin Assistant for an internship/fixed term contract of 9 to 12 months, to support the Ubisoft EMEA CRC HR Team in administrative duties.

Main duties and responsibilities

· Assist with the onboarding process: e.g pre-day 1 communications, relocation information, updating HR Information Systems, preparation of day 1 communications and welcome pack,etc.

· Assist with the preparation of HR paperwork i.e. contract changes, offers of employment, change in circumstances, etc

· Liaising with managers regarding attendance, holidays and sickness, assisting in organization of disciplinary procedures

· Support the HR Manager in training projects: assist with sourcing, arranging and booking training courses, updating of the training database and overseeing training administrative tasks.

· Ensure all personal files, HR Excel files and HRIS are up to date and accurate and provide data and reports when requested.

· Support ad hoc on several HR project : Internal/External event organization, wellbeing at work project etc.

Qualifications

· Strong communication skills, with confident, engaging and personable manners

· Effective time management with the ability to manage your own time & work independently on a variety of tasks

· Flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach

· Enjoy contributing to a friendly, supportive and dedicated team

· Good computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Fluent English, other spoken languages are a plus

· Attention to detail

· Being a gamer is a plus

Qualifications:

· A Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR

· CIPD level 3 to 5 or equivalent

· Previous experience in HR or Admin function is a plus

The job is a internship/fixed term role of 9-12 month and will be located in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
