Guest Experience Guide (Part Time) - Hong Kong

What you’ll be doing.
You will be responsible for delivering incredible VR experiences to our guests in all aspects of our daily operation, whether it’s their first time trying VR or an avid fan. You help guests know what to expect, support them in seamlessly traveling from one reality into virtual reality, and ensure that guests have safe and impossible-to-forget experiences. With the support from your colleagues, you will be working in a collaborative, technology-driven and hospitality-focused environments.
Deliver An Incredible Guest Experience - you will introduce to our guests what to expect, what makes us stand out, help with VR gear suiting-up and suiting-down, ensure a safe and fun experience, encourage them to come back again and share their memorable experiences with friends.
Troubleshoot - you will monitor, manage and troubleshoot technical issues agilely that may arise from the newly introduced and amazing technology, for we pledge to bring our guests the most advanced VR experience in the world.
Help Sandbox VR Grow - you will need to assist in documenting your findings, put forward suggestions and implement solutions to improve the the efficiency and guest experience of Sandbox VR.
- Communication Skills - you are excellent in communicating with new people such as our guests, colleagues and headquarters in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You are confident in making presentation in front of strangers.
- A Strong Willingness to Learn - you are curious to the development of technology and desire to apply new learning to pursue excellence in delivering better guest experience.
- Adaptability Skills - you embrace change for improvement with a positive attitude. You are a good multi-tasker in a fast-paced work environment. You also need to be flexible with your schedule.
- An Energizing Personality - you are a proactive, collaborative and enthusiastic person. And you love to brighten others around you.
- If you can show us how you are passionate about the gaming industry and why you are eager to develop a career in this field.
- If you have got 1-2 years experience in performing a customer service role in a retail setting or any related industry.
