Join us for an exciting position in the world of mobile games and mobile app marketing! You

will be part of Tilting Point's Growth department with a focus on Growth Monetization.

This position will allow you to work with best-in-class games and challenging

projects, develop your marketing and analytical skills, gain valuable experience, and have a

direct impact on the success of our games and apps.

Your Future at Tilting Point:

  • Lead the ideation and execution of enhancing the overall gaming experience in terms of agility, efficiency, and quality;
  • Optimize LTV to maximize ROI;
  • Track effectiveness of different initiatives to senior management;
  • Capable of running A/B test through their entire lifecycle;
  • Working with product managers and analysts to monitor and report on the performance of the promotions and events and their impact on KPIs and game health;
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to developers to enhance their software;
  • Develop the best practices playbook;
  • Communicate best practices with developers;
  • Support the product feature and tool roadmap by surfacing unmet player and admin needs. The product roadmap includes waterfall management, merchandising, in-game personalization, and more!

Your XP & Skills:

  • Strong interest in mobile games;
  • Quantitative skills, with a minimum of 2+ years experience, preferably in consulting, finance, or games. You’ll need to work to identify what matters from what doesn’t and prioritize your time accordingly (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker);
  • Proven ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills;
  • Self-motivated, highly results-driven, and nimble.
