Growth Marketing Manager

Would you like to work in an environment where creativity is everywhere, but at the same time is data-driven?

As our first ever Growth Marketing Manager here at Toca Boca you will get to build our growth function from scratch. We are quite good at creating organic content that kids love, but those paid campaigns are not something we are good at - yet, that’s where you come in!

You'll be focusing on our paid user acquisition. But you won’t be alone. You will work alongside people like Alexandra, our Social Media Manager, Sarah, our Marketing Producer and Johanna, our Creative Director just to name a few, from both the marketing and product teams.

At Toca Boca you will speak directly to the users, kids from all over the world (and their parents), giving you the creative freedom to have fun with the messaging. This is where A/B testing comes in handy.

What’s our strategy when it comes to growth?
We don’t know yet. We are waiting for you to come tell us. You’ll be the one setting the strategies for us. We need your help to make our already strong brand reach even more people.

Is this you?

You have done this before. You are already familiar with tools such as Google Analytics and various marketing channels.

You know how to optimize a marketing budget, basing your decisions on data. You know how to take campaign data and turn it into insights and strategies that everyone can understand.

You have experience working with kids products, and enjoy the challenges that come with it. Toca Boca is a brand loved by kids and trusted by parents, and we want to keep it that way.

Good to know:

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months probationary employment.

We have a collective agreement (kollektivavtal) giving you all the things you "should have" and more.
