ABOUT THIS ROLE
There are over a million apps and games fighting for consumer attention, but only a handful will reach a meaningful scale. Jam City is looking for an Associate Growth Marketer to plan, execute and optimize our user acquisition strategies to help us continue to reach millions of people around the world!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an acquisition marketing strategy for Jam City game franchises, with a focus on Bingo Pop & Bingo infinity.
- Manage and optimize an acquisition marketing budget.
- Own and present key performance metrics including ROAS and internal KPI targets to senior leadership.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, budgeting, and conduct ad hoc analysis to refine strategies.
- Work closely with UA and other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Some experience in growth, user acquisition or analytics in mobile, games or comparable.
- A data-driven mindset with an unrelenting drive to produce results.
- Ability to iterate quickly and operate independently in a demanding, creative and dynamic environment.
- A strong passion for games, particularly in the Free To Play category.
- A team player willing to take direction but also exhibit initiative when working independently.
- A fast learner, as you will continually be optimizing efforts based on data-driven metrics and ever-developing tech.
- Motivated to identify missing opportunities and take them on as your own.
- Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly.
NICE TO HAVE
- A background in statistics.
- Familiarity with the mobile gaming landscape.
- Understanding of fundamental growth issues such as: when to use CPM bidding as opposed to CPI and what is the most desirable attribution window.
- Experience with some analytics stack and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with media buying on social channels (Facebook, Google, Apple, etc).
