Growth Manager - Wizz

Our consumer apps teams are creating innovative and entertaining apps for everyday life. Our mission to entertain the world goes beyond gaming. The apps we create are downloaded and used by millions of people around the world, with a central focus on the US.

You will work on Wizz, which is a social app for teens which currently has 1M+ daily active users in the US & UK. You will be part of 15 high-performing team members, and you will work together in goodwill to make Wizz scale.

Role

• Benchmarking competitors, analyzing social media trends & buzzing creatives
• Building and executing organic growth strategies: such as partnerships/cross promotions, influencer marketing, ASO, growth hacking, and creating a strong community
• Although not your main focus, you’ll help on optimizing user acquisition campaigns on paid networks

Profile

• Master's degree from tier 1 engineering or business school
• 3 years experience in growth hacking or paid marketing
• Strong interest in mobile
• Growth hacker, data-driven, structured mindset
• You’re creative and passionate about social media trends
• Entrepreneurial and all-rounder mindset
• Team player and able to adapt to a “start-up” environment
• Fluent in French & English
