Team
Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP, blockchain) and consumer apps.
Role
As a Growth Manager at Voodoo, you will play a vital role in driving the organic growth of our mobile games and apps. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, including partnerships, cross promotions, influencer marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO), growth hacking, and community building. Your primary focus will be on organic growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth hacker with a structured mindset, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies, including partnerships, featuring deals, app store relationships, cross promotions, PR, influencer marketing, ASO, growth hacking, and community building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media platforms, leveraging them to drive growth.
- Conduct data analysis and utilize key metrics to drive decision-making and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure the implementation of growth-focused features and improvements.
- Continuously test and iterate growth strategies to optimize performance and drive user engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and leverage resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Profile
- BA/BS from a top tier university in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in growth hacking or paid marketing, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- Strong interest and knowledge of the mobile industry and gaming ecosystem.
- Growth hacker with a data-driven and structured mindset.
- Creative and passionate about social media trends and user engagement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a high-paced startup environment.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, fluency in French is a plus
