Our growth team combines creative and analytical thinking to develop marketing strategies and find growth opportunities. The secret ingredient is understanding the user's needs and creating the ultimate player experience based on data insights.

What you’ll be doing

• Explore and execute new growth strategies
• Analyzing, and optimizing existing campaigns for user acquisition
• Managing the budget, P&L of your product
• Thinking and designing algorithms together with the Tech team and carrying them out
• Monitoring industry trends closely and coming up with new ideas in ad production
• Optimizing monetization strategies
