Growth Lead, Lily's Garden

Tactile Games is dedicated to making fun, character-driven games that challenge and delight our players. In addition to our successful existing titles Lily’s Garden and Penny and Flo, we are also working on a few exciting new products.
Now to support us in this exciting journey, we are looking for a Growth Lead to drive our User Acquisition and Creative Marketing efforts for Lily’s Garden. In this role, you will be leading up our Creative Marketing and User Acquisition teams for Lily’s Garden. You will also inspire deep cross-functional relationships between marketing and game teams that ultimately build a stronger product.
This position is based onsite in our Copenhagen office.
What you will be doing
- Defining the growth strategies for Lily’s Garden
- Working with our Head of Product on the long term vision of the product
- Owning creative marketing strategy
- Working with User Acquisition Managers in terms of campaign management overview
- Using insights and data to drive decisions across the Lily’s Garden marketing function
What we are looking for
- Expert knowledge of mobile game market
- Experience in leading User Acquisition, Appstore Optimization and Creative Marketing teams
- Understanding of mobile game performance and key performance indicators
- Experience working with tracking and analytics systems
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non technical colleagues
It’s nice if you also have
- Knowledge and experience with SQL
