GROWTH ANALYST, MARKETING

We’re hiring exceptional people to help and grow our game titles— and to dream up new ideas that will reach millions. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced world with some of the smartest minds in the industry.
What you’ll be doing?
- Analyze and interpret user behavior data to identify growth opportunities across various marketing channels, including paid media, social media, influencer campaigns, and app stores, in order to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Help analyze A/B testing on marketing campaigns and creatives to evaluate and identify the most effective strategies for user acquisition, optimizing campaign performance
- Track and measure marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), and Player Lifetime Value (LTV), providing insights for optimization
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals, user acquisition strategies, and overall game development objectives
What you need?
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the gaming industry
- Experience with performance marketing analytics platforms, such as Firebase, Appsflyer, or other MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners), is a valuable asset.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with different programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
