The purpose of this role is to manage the Group treasury function, to minimize financial risk, manage liquidity and ensure efficient and effective day-to-day treasury operations.
- Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships
- Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk
- Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
- Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting, ensuring enough cash is available for upcoming obligations
- Analysing and managing FX and funding activities (Forex, loans, deposits, etc.) at the Group and studio level, including managing inter-company loan agreements and related processes
- Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, etc.), including on-boarding of acquisitions
- Driving treasury specific projects/initiatives across the regions.
Requirements
- 3+ Years’ experience in managing a global treasury function as well as experience of treasury accounting, cash-flows and financial instruments, with a sound understanding of accounting principles. An accounting qualification would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments.
- Strong communication and team skills.
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.
- Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
