Group Treasury Manager

The purpose of this role is to manage the Group treasury function, to minimize financial risk, manage liquidity and ensure efficient and effective day-to-day treasury operations.

• Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships
• Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk
• Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
• Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting, ensuring enough cash is available for upcoming obligations
• Analysing and managing FX and funding activities (Forex, loans, deposits, etc.) at the Group and studio level, including managing inter-company loan agreements and related processes
• Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, etc.), including on-boarding of acquisitions
• Driving treasury specific projects/initiatives across the regions.

Requirements

• 3+ Years’ experience in managing a global treasury function as well as experience of treasury accounting, cash-flows and financial instruments, with a sound understanding of accounting principles. An accounting qualification would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.
• Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
