Group Business Planning Manager - Topline (W/M/NB)

Job Description
As part of the Group Business Planning team, you will be responsible for topline-related topics (Revenue, Gross Margin, Player Data) within current fiscal year and budget. Your main missions will be as follows:
- Analyze monthly actuals and develop insights from quarterly zones’ reforecasts
- Update and put in place the relevant KPI & reports to understand topline performance.
- Share outlooks on a regular basis identifying trends, patterns to increase predictability.
- Deliver comprehensive analyses of Group topline performance and perspective to Financial Communication teams on a quarterly basis.
- Manage a team of two analysts dedicated to Live Games & actuals variance analyses.
- Foster communication across finance network and leverage all expertise (sales data, player KPIs).
- Contribute to reporting tools enhancement and evolution of analytical axes to fit business model evolutions.
- Direct report to BP Director and recurring interactions with Chief Financial Planning Officer.
Qualifications

- You have acquired a solid experience in similar positions and you have led Financial teams. A knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus.
- You have solid analytical and financial modeling skills and are proficient in budget & forecasting tools.
- You have strong communication skills and an ability to translate complexity into simple terms.
- You keep attention to details and are capable of meeting short deadlines.
- You are fluent in English and have a cooperative mindset.
