Graphics-Rendering Programmer
We have been around for 26 years, we have been in the early days of MMOs. We are the team that made Conan Exiles. We make games with an edge, and we have a great time doing it!
Now, our Oslo studio is working on several projects at the same time, both external (e.g. Mutant Year Zero) and internal (e.g. a new game with the Dune IP from Legendary Entertainment).
Due to the increasing number of projects, our Core Tech department needs a Graphics-Rendering Programmer to design, write and optimize rendering features, working closely with the artists to help us create visually compelling experiences. This is a position where the right candidate will be heavily involved in deciding how best to drive our visuals forward.
We are looking for someone that has:
- Excellent knowledge of modern rendering algorithms and techniques
- Excellent 3d Math skills
- Demonstrated experience working on recent graphics APIs, such as d3d12/11/libGNM
- Strong C++ and software design skills, including experience working in multithreaded and memory constrained environments
- Have a working understanding of the architecture of modern GPUs (GCN, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (English is our working language)
- Contributed significant rendering technology on one or more released titles
- A passion for visuals
- Experience working with UE4 is preferable, but not a must
- Experience working on current generation console titles is preferable, but not a must
This position allows for remote work for the right candidate
