At PUBG Amsterdam, our people are our most important resource. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Content team in our brand-new Amsterdam office! The ideal candidate will be creating assets in support of various online promotions, esports, (digital) campaigns, events and partnerships. This is a varied and multifaceted role so a “can do” attitude is important as well as co-working efficiently with the Publishing, esports and Communication team.

In the Graphic Designer role, you will:

• Close collaboration with the Publishing, esports and Comms teams to determine the best design and asset creation solution(s)
• Develop and create high-quality graphical and social assets that appeal to current PUBG players and fans with similar interests.
• Support the creation and extension of campaign elements and brand materials in coordination with our other offices (notably our HQ in Korea)
• Ensure technical specs are accurately applied and the assets are delivered within the agreed time frame
• Support the team with creative solutions to our external communications
• Other duties that may be assigned by the company and that would enter the scope of the employee’s qualifications

Our Ideal Graphic Designer will have:

• Previous relevant experience in graphical design or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
• Demonstrable experience of working within a dynamic and challenging creative team environment, planning and delivering to tight deadlines
• Strong creative skills, with a clearly defined design point of view (please provide your portfolio of previous work with your application)
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Proficiency with file formats, such as .JPG, .EPS, .TIF, .PDF and the ability to efficiently create and edit those
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft Office
• Strong story-telling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with PUBG
• Passion for PUBG, video games and knowledge of similar genre games
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics (After Effects) and a working knowledge of video editing and production
• Working experience in producing assets for multi-region campaigns efficiently (different localizations, formats, etc.)
• Knowledge of post-production pipeline; video compression standards, aspect ratios, preferred formats for the different social media platforms, frame rates, and HD postproduction workflows
• Strong Illustration skills - Vector art and Digital painting skills
• Unreal Engine or similar production for Key art or Cinematics
• Strong creative skills, with a clearly defined design point of view (please provide your portfolio of previous work with your application)
• Multilingual (German, Russian, French, Spanish, or other European language)
